Payments & Cancellation
- The Animal Wellness Center enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy. We ask that all clients call our offices a minimum of 24 hours before their appointment if they wish to cancel their appointment. We reserve the right to charge an office call fee for any appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time.
- Our clinic requires that all invoices be paid in full at the time of service. We do not offer payment plans. Our staff will try to communicate the cost of services throughout your appointment to ensure that you are not surprised by the total price at the end of your visit. Estimates are available upon request before the time of service.
- Adult clients must accompany their minors during appointments. Minors who can drive still cannot legally sign consent forms or promissory notes without guardian approval, especially if they are signing on behalf of that guardian. In case of an emergency, we request that an adult guardian is always present.
